MARLOW TOWN REGATTA & FESTIVAL - STALLHOLDER INFORMATION

Saturday 16th June & Sunday 17th June 2018

The Marlow Town Regatta and Festival is Marlow's premier sporting and social occasion. It is located in Higginson Park, Marlow, and this year takes place on the 10th and 11th of June.  You can apply for Trade, Food and Craft pitches and for the Marlow Showcase through this website by completing the relevant online form.

All stalls are within the Regatta Enclosure. On Saturday, entry to the enclosure is by "Regatta Badge". Last year, the enclosure was filled with about 5000 fee paying picnickers and rowing spectators.  On Sunday, the gates are open and spectator entry to the Festival, including the Dragon Boat Festival is free.

General Information

Please note that ALL stallholders will need to provide us with proof of their Public Liability Insurance at least 30 days before the event.

Other than pre-arranged specialist trading vehicles, cars are not allowed on the site during the event and must be removed once you have dropped off your stall equipment. If you require a space in the adjacent regatta car park, you can request this through the booking form or pre-book it via the Badges & Tickets area of this website. Saturday entry is by Regatta Badge and 2 Adult entry badges are included with any Saturday stall booking. Additional badges can be requested on the booking form or bought through the Badges & Tickets area of this website. No entry badges are required for Sunday.

If you are unsure of anything or have questions before you apply for a pitch, please use the Contact Us page on this website and we will do our best to help.

Food Stalls

Food stalls can be booked for either Saturday or Sunday, or for both days. Electrical power can be requested for an additional fee. Standard pitches are 4m deep x 5m frontage – please let us know on the application form if you have other special requirements. For all Food Stalls we also need a completed Food Safety Form 30 days before the event - a template is available from the Food Stall application page. To apply for a Food Stall pitch, please click here or select the appropriate link from the left hand menu.

Trade Stalls (Sunday only)

This year, Trade Stalls can only be booked for Sunday. This is based on feedback and experience, which highlighted that the Sunday format and programme best provides general trading opportunity.  Trade pitches are 5m deep x 3.5m frontage. For safety reasons, we cannot provide electrical power and generators are not allowed. To apply for a Trade Stall pitch, please click here or select the appropriate link from the left hand menu.

Craft Stalls (Sunday only)

Craft Stalls are for those wishing to display and sell non-food items that have been made by the stall-holder. Those wishing to sell items that they have purchased for resale should please apply for a Trade Stall. Craft Stall pitches are 5m deep x 3.5m frontage. Unfortunately we cannot provide electrical power to the Craft Stall pitches or allow the use of portable generators. To apply for a Craft Stall pitch, please click here or select the appropriate link from the left hand menu.

Charity Stalls

If you are a charitable or not-for-profit organisation you can apply for a charity stall at a reduced rate. Charity pitches are located amongst the Marlow Showcase stalls and are 5m deep x 3.5m frontage. To apply for a Charity Stall pitch please click here or select the relevant link from the left hand menu.

The Marlow Showcase

If you are a local not-for-profit organisation you can apply to be part of the Marlow Showcase. The Showcase is for local organisations to "showcase" themselves rather than trade. If you wish to trade or collect money you should apply for a charity or trade stall as appropriate. Showcase pitches are 5m deep x 3.5m frontage. To apply to be part of the Marlow Showcase please contact the Stalls Team through the Contact Us page.
